By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase a product under the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Shipping times may vary depending on availability, and any guarantees or forecasts regarding delivery times are limited to Italy and subject to any delays due to postal service or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please refer to our delivery cost notice for further information. To conclude a contract with redaa (redaa officina srl), you must be 18 years of age or over and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank that we accept. redaa reserves the right to refuse any request from you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you via email. By placing an order, you undertake to ensure that all details provided to us are true and accurate, that you are authorized to use the credit or debit card to place the order, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the products. The cost of foreign products and services may be subject to fluctuations. All prices quoted are subject to such variations.

Our Contract

Each order submitted constitutes an offer to purchase the products. Orders are subject to availability and the discretionary acceptance of redaa. You must select the products and complete the checkout process after carefully reviewing the information contained in the order summary. By placing an order, you agree to pay the price, taxes, and shipping costs indicated in the Order Summary form. When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of the order: this email will be a confirmation only and will not constitute acceptance of the order. The contract will not be concluded until we send you an email confirmation that the products you ordered have been dispatched. Only the goods indicated in the confirmation email sent at the time of shipment will be included in the final contract. redaa reserves the right not to accept an order by promptly informing the User, at the email address associated with their purchase, of the possible unavailability of one or more of the purchased products. In this case, all payments already made will be reversed and refunded.

Payment

After receiving the order, we perform a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Goods will not be shipped until this pre-authorization check is completed. We will charge your card payment after the order has been accepted.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without any penalty within 14 working days from the receipt of the products or, in the case of services, from the execution of the contract. The right of withdrawal is exercised by written communication sent by registered mail (with acknowledgment of receipt) to the address Piazza Ex Convento Cappuccine, 20, 31100 Treviso (TV) or via email to the address info@redaa.it. redaa will reimburse the expense incurred by you without any penalty, as soon as possible, and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date redaa was informed of your intention to exercise the withdrawal. Shipping costs for returns are always at your expense.

Price and Availability

Although we try to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices appearing on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, we will consider the order canceled. If you cancel the order after already paying for the products, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable, the price includes VAT. Delivery costs will be added separately; these additional costs are clearly indicated where applicable and are included in the "total cost".

Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time by notifying the User by publishing them on the website www.redaa.it. The User who continues to use www.redaa.it following the publication of the changes accepts the new terms and conditions without reservation.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and all disputes relating to the execution, interpretation, and validity of this contract are subject to the law, jurisdiction of the State, and exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the place where redaa is based. The exclusive forum of the consumer, where provided by law, is an exception. redaa is available to respond to any inquiries sent via email to the email address published in this document.
